I've been very pleased with iStorage in Laceys Spring. I like the storage unit because it has electricity which is a big advantage over the other unit I had previously. Its also nice to have the owner of the location like there. it makes me feel more comfortable. more

Our experience with iStorage Laceys Spring was absolutely wonderful. I just stopped in to get prices, and I felt right at home upon entering. The staff was as friendly as could be. They told me everything I needed to know. The manager assured me that she lived right upstairs, so if there were any problems, she would be easy to get a hold of. The facilities were clean, secure, and accessible. The size was great for what we needed. The location was also only two miles up the road from us, so it was perfect in every way. more

I recommend iStorage Laceys Spring quite a bit. I drive a truck and can get it right across the road and up to my unit. It's easy access getting in and out: that says it all right there. I've been storing there for three or four months now. Do it! You can't go wrong. The customer service has been really good. The people have been friendly and are always nice. They talk to me when I'm there if I see them. I have no problems with them. more

I liked that iStorage Laceys Spring called me ahead of time to communicate with me, or took my calls if I had to arrange something. They really stayed on top of things there. more

I have recommended iStorage Laceys Spring to others. I like the big, oversize storage they have there. Right now, I have two of those big storage things. The people there are fine. more

I think the lady I interacted with at iStorage Laceys Spring was overwhelmed. I pulled up and I had a 33 foot trailer and she wanted me to move so someone could get out. The problem was there was nowhere to go, so that was kind of an irritation. I told her I was going to purchase the storage bin and I had two guys there to help me and they didn't have a lot of time to wait around. She kept calling me to the office and calling me to the office, even though I needed to be getting everything off the trailer so they could go. That was a little bit irritating also. If you're busy and don't really have time to fill out the paperwork right then, this is not the place to go. Other than that the service was pretty good. It was expensive, though, and for what I got I'm really not that satisfied. more

My apartment lease was up and my fiance and I are in the process of looking to buy a home. I needed a place to store all of my things from my apartment. So I stored them with iStorage Laceys Spring and I stayed with my mom for six weeks or so. It was really easy to go in there and speak with Nicky. She was really friendly with me and made me feel at ease with my belongings being there behind a gated lot and everything. She assured me that if I needed anything I could give her a call. She was just really easy to work with. There was also a deal where I got the first the month for a $1 and then paid for the second month, which was awesome. I haven't had any any more interactions or reasons to go back, but it's really easy access and I know it'll be easy if I do have to go back. more
