MY HURRICANE HEROES 9/14/2011

I reached out to 4 different roofing companies after the hurricane, I had one area over the porch that was taking in lots of water, and another portion (small) that the shingles had come off. Each of the other companies all told me the same thing, that i needed to put on a whole new roof. A Riteway came right over the next day and when the gentleman stepped off the roof he said no problem we can fix it. He wrote up the exact cost for the repairs and once I agreed they did the repairs in 24 hours. Two days later we had a really good rain and my roof is 100% I will be looking to replace the roof in a year or two and I will certainly be calling the A-riteway team. more

Riteway, absolutely! 5/9/2011

I was having an emergency situation with my chimney and had no idea what to do. I came across Riteway's ad and they came out to me within 45 minutes. They explained everything to me, and were very sensitive to my situation. They were able to provide a copy of their license and insurance to me, on demand. The town approved of the work as well, and I haven't had any problems since. I would recommend Riteway to any one who asked, and I plan to use them for the patio I am looking to build in my back yard. Thank you!!!! more

WARNING : DO NOT USE RITEWAY, WORST EVER !!! 11/4/2010

MY ROOF WAS LEAKING AND MADE THE MISTAKE OF CALLING RITEWAY, AN UNLICENSED FOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. ALL THE REPAIRS THEY DID WERE NOT UP TO CODE. THE INSPECTOR CAME TO REVEIW THE WORK AND IT FAILED. I TRIED TO GET THEM TO FIX IT UP TO CODE AND THEY REFUSED. I HAD TO PAY TWICE FOR A REAL COMPANY TO COME OUT AND DO IT CORRECTLY .THEY LEFT A HUGE MESS.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!!!!!!! more
