I had mr richardson do a roofing job for me, looked real nice too. Real estate agent called this morning and said the roof was leaking from a skylight, called to notify him so it would be covered under my fantastic 5 year warranty, the number was changed or disconnected. Called the realtor that referred him to me, was politely notified that A & R was no longer in the valley. Also found that there are other claims against him so looks like a warranty isnt worth the paper it is written on. Have tried to find any other numbers to contact him at but noone seems to have one.
