I called to inform the owner that I would come into finalize the details for my daughter's birthday rental needs and was told to come in. When I asked the owner for documentation for his inclement weather policy along with a rental agreement upon his request for my deposit, I was given attitude and told that if I wanted any documentation that I should refer to his website (verbiage on a website can be change at any given time). I informed him that I would called my husband to see if he felt comfortable with not having documentation that protected both parties, and if he felt the website was a sufficient source. Again, I was given unwelcoming looks and asked very nastily, ""who are you calling"" and ""why"". Our meeting from start to finish lasted no more than 5 minutes when I was given the rudest look I have every seen and told that I was cutting into his lunch! How is that for customer service????
I went to book a rental at this establishment with my deposit in hand, and the owner's lunch was more important than booking a rental (his job) and securing future business (what should have been his goal). Needless to say I will not use them, and do not recommend this establishment. In this day and age people pay for quality of service, not the product that the merchant has. There are a good amount of party rental places that carry the same exact inventory. Why put up with a rotten attitude when you most certainly do not have to, especially when you ask for documentation on a verbal promise.
