A One Heating & Air Conditioning

I've used A One Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing a few times and they're always quick and friendly. We had a bit of a problem during their last visit after they installed a pump and one of our pipes burst. There was water leaking everywhere but luckily they came to fix it right away. They do a good job whether it's maintaining our existing system or installing new ones. We like their friendly service and will continue to use them. more

A One Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing installed replaced an Air Conditioning unit and a heating unit for us. I liked them because they were very courteous and you know, they came in and they did their work and they left, so they were professional. They could've replaced the parts but there was a point where some of the other parts were just too old to maintain. I didn't know what to expect but I liked the technical details that were discussed upfront. There were no surprises and I liked that part. The work was really good except in the end there was a problem because they didn't have a part and they were dragging on a bit long. That was the only issue and wasn't a bad thing. The workers from A One Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing LLC were very responsive working through my hectic schedule to diagnose my air conditioning system. We did the less expensive repairs first, and they walked me through everything letting me know that these repairs might not work as well. As a matter of fact, the compressor did fail about a week later. So, they came back to fix the problems, this time with more expensive repairs needed, but they credited my previous repair transaction. I’ve had no issues with my system ever since! Going further, they had indicated that they do some plumbing work. I needed some work to be done, so I had Larry give me a quote. With the type of work he had to do, he felt he wasn’t the best qualified for it. I would have to find a better service that matched my plumbing work with another company. This was surprising to me because nobody turns work away. But, I really appreciated Larry’s honesty - instead of just giving it a try then doing mediocre work. Due to this, he is on my top list of vendors from now on. My experience with Larry was very refreshing. I run a property management firm and deal with about twenty buildings. I get to deal with a lot of trade people and other companies on a daily basis and know how others do business, that’s why I was so delighted with Larry. He’s conscientious about the quality of his work, which to me, it makes his company stand out from all others! more
