Aloha! My three children, ages 11 years, 9 years and 18 months, and I have been patients of Dr. Tuttle since 2005. In my mid 20s, I blew a disc in my lower back. At that time Doctors would only prescribe pain medication which I was unwilling to take. Knowing I wanted to do the best I could to repair my problem, I was fortunate to begin chiropractic care then (13 years ago). Since then, I have had several Chiropractors work on me. Dr. Tuttle by far, has been the most successful at relieving my lower back pain by placing attention on not just the pain, but more importantly on corrective care for me. In the past, my son has had severe problems focusing and paying attention in school. His behavior in class was problematic, being sent to the office several times a week for corrections from the Principal. Although never diagnosed with disabilities, ADD or AD/HD, by my request he was evaluated for Learning Disabilities and Special Education needs, which scored him as an average-above average student. Yet the question remained, Why was my child having so much difficulty in school? Within a few adjustments from Dr. Tuttle, I noticed a remarkable difference in my sons behavior, ability to focus and ability to make better choices in school! Within three months of Chiropractic adjustments from Dr. Tuttle, my sons Star Reading Scores soared from 2.2 (second grade level) to 4.1 (fourth grade level)!!! Im hooked! A True Believer or what I call a Life-er! My 18 month old daughter climbs up on his table for her adjustments all by herself! I heard about A New Life Family Chiropractic through my uncle, Robert Gayer. Since starting care, I have learned that subluxations hinder good health and contribute to disease. I heard about A New Life Family Chiropractic on 95.5 The FISH. Since becoming a patient here, I have since learned that your spine needs to be in alignment in order to be healthy. I sought chiropractic care because I was having a lot of aches and pain in my body. I had a lot of pain in my left hip, my neck was stiff and hurting, and my lower back would spasm and ache. I have experienced wonderful improvements in my health. My left hip doesn?t hurt anymore, my neck is looser, and my lower back no longer has spasms! I heard about A New Life Family Chiropractic through my friend Will. I work with Will and he shared how we should be educated not medicated. Since starting care I have learned a whole new way of thinking and how to achieve optimal health naturally. I learned that there is a better way of healing and being healthy inside and out, drug free. I first sought chiropractic care for my headaches, loss of range of motion, numbness, and loss of sensation in my left hand and fingers. My left hand used to feel like it would explode from pressure. I would have to ice my hand and sleep with a brace at night. My fingertips didn?t have any sensation; you could pinch them or poke it with a needle before I could feel pain. I could not hold loose change or small items like paperclips without dropping them. At one time, surgery was being considered. I?m glad it didn?t happen. I have seen many improvements since beginning my treatment plan with Dr. Tuttle I can turn my head both left and right without pain, my headaches have been greatly reduced, and the pressure at the base of my neck is no longer present. The pressure and pinching sensation in my left shoulder isn?t bothering me anymore as well. I have regained sensation in all of my 5 fingers on my left hand. Two work great, and the other three still have a little tingling at the tips. They all have regained feeling and I can control them and hold small items. They no longer hurt and keep me awake at night. I?m in less pain and feel as if my stress and tension is being adjusted away. With my family I am more patient and tolerant with them, which means a lot being a single parent. As soon as I?m able, I?d like to have them receive treatment also. I know my body has been damaged and abused for a long time. It will take time to heal, but its working and I look forward to a better quality life.
