DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!, my parents have a 60"" mitsubshi, HDMI, 3D ready tv, that quit working, after reading the manual they decided it was the lamp that needed replaced, so we ordered the ""compatible"" lamp from this site, it arrived in about a week, & it was broken, so we returned it& another week later we got one that was in one piece, put it in the tv and the picture was green, after further review & calling the manufacturer we found that it IS NOT compatible, did not fix our tv and the company will not return the $140 we spent on the wrong bulb (because they swore it would work) Customer Service was rude and not very helpful. save your time and money and go else where!!! more

I purchased an HP printer and 4 additional toners. After using what was in the printer for 6 months I discovered the toner they sent me was generic and it would not work in my printer. I called them and they said they would not only refund my money but would also pay for the return shipping. That was in May. Not only did I not get my refund as promised, they accused me of trying to rip them off. They claimed the toner I sent back was actually HP toner and refused to refund the money. Lucky for me they returned it so I was able to show proof it I purchased an HP printer and 4 additional toners. I ended up talking to the owner thinking he would help. Now I know where the employees get their professionalism from. Do not buy from these people more

Avoid this company. I have spent 22 days waiting for a TV bulb. I have call the company at least 18x, left messages, none of my calls were returned. When I did talk to some one I was lied to 7x. Every time a taled to someoneI was told ""the bulb would ship today"" The manager told me yesterday sorry for the delay and it wold be overnighted. Today the estimated delivery is 6 days from today on UPS.\r \r DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you want to spend three weekends without a TV, and pay $123 for a $50 bulb. and spend hours and hours dealy with LIARS more

I ordered a BROTHER 5 in 1 machine and received it with in 3 days of placing my order. It was easy to follow instructions on the web site and I got the machine way faster then expected. I would definitely buy from them again. Quick, easy and cheap.!!!!! more

Horrible company attitude doing business! Terrible way to talk to customer service. I place my order and pay it with my debit card on 12/3/2011. I was notified that it has been moved to fulfillment at 9:30 am on 12/6/2011, Then, my order was cancel by the AMatterOfFax at 3:01 pm on 12/6/2011 because they made a mistake on their price and they can not and will not honor my order. Ask yourself before you order anything from them. 1. Is this customer job to maintain their WEB site? No, this company does not honor the price they made and just tell you too bad, so sad and this is your problem. The company can cancel your order at any time for any reason they like even the company already take your money. 2. Full price was deducted from my debit card on 12/3/2011 since (I did contact Chase bank right after I place the order on 12/3/2011.) Why it took them less than 30 seconds to take my money but took them more than 24 hours to give my money back after they cancel my order? 3. This company really is selling something that they do not have and also take and hold my money of something the can not offer. Is it FRAUD? Learn from me, do not buy anything from this company. And I really believe a lot of so call good reviews were done by themselves. I just bought exactly same thing from amazon which is $50 cheaper than A MATTER OF FAX. Hope this can help. more

Ordered toner from A Matter of Fax and 7 days later they shipped it out. I payed for expedited shipping. So about 9 days later I should receive the package. I could of drove out to the company on the west coast and been back to the east coast faster than this shipping. Needless to say if you are in a rush this company is NOT a safe option. more
