Went out of his way to make it right 7/14/2011

I have owned my Amana heat pump for over three years. From the factory the heat pump had a defect and did not work properly. Alan went out of his way to make it right and replace the parts that needed to be replaced. He made a frustrating situation right and stayed true to his word to stand behind his work. Thanks Alan. more
