A & I Trash Disposal

I never have had any problems with this company!!!!! They always do a great job and they don't rob me with the price!!! more

I used these guys for several years, I did not have any issues. Around September or October of 2018 they started picking up when they felt like it, Friday evening Saturday morning not at all. The coyotes appreciated their lack of service but I did not. In December 2018 I took 2 weeks of their monthly charge off of what I owed them, that did not make them happy. I received a call telling me since I was paid up through January they would pick up my trash but after that they would not be picking up for me any longer. They did not pick up my trash last week, so not only do they not pick up on time they do not stand by their word either. If you are looking for trash pick up look else where, these guys are not worth the aggravation. more

A&I was good to begin with. Pickup was on Wednesday. Then it became 'whenever'. If you're looking for reliability, look elsewhere! more

They did the same thing to us. Their pick ups started getting later and later. We didn't know if they were going to pick up or not. When it would get to be 5 pm we would call it they would give ever excuse in the book. The last time we called we were told they would just send our money back. They obviously do not care about their customers. We were a customer for 15 yrs paying by the year. Doing customers like this is not right. U don't just leave good.customers high and dry. We have made arrangements for our pick up with less cost. Based on reviews here and the way they did us if u are a customer I would be looking for alternatives before it happens to you. more
