Upfront and honest! 12/19/2011

I really like the fact that AG Diesel Repair checked with me before they took any steps in anything. They laid out exactly what I needed to have done. They e-mailed it to me, and they did what was line-for-line what they had told me exactly. It was all on me. They were not just doing work and I was getting charged for it. AG Diesel Repair replaced a broken flywheel, fixed an oil leak on which I had already spent $2000, fixed my high-pressure oil seals, and an exhaust clamp. They were very upfront about what work needed to be done. I didn't have any feelings they were trying to take me. Their prices were reasonable too! The work was completed right on schedule. The people at AG Diesel Repair called me to to say they could rush and get the vehicle done that same day. They said they could stay open a little later, but I told them there was no need to rush and to have people stay late. However, I enjoyed that they had told me this! more

I've been AG Diesel Repair for about seven years. They've always been honest and done what they said they were going to do in a timely fashion. They call before doing repairs: instead of saying "We did" they call to say "We need to do." I've had an overall good experience with AG Diesel Repair! Everybody's very friendly. They've converted an engine so it could burn bio-diesel, worked on brakes, and numerous other things. They've basically taken care of a truck. I knew what I wanted checked out on my truck and so I called AG Diesel Repair and told them over the phone what I wanted done. They said they could do that, so I brought it in. They did a little bit of everything for me. So far, I'm quite pleased with it and would use them again. more

Good work at a fair price. 8/22/2011

AG Diesel Repair work on my company's vehicles, both diesel and gas. My boss had used them in the past for his personal vehicles, which is why we started using them commercially. They generally do good work at a pretty fair price. Sometimes the turnaround could be quicker, but that's the nature of the business. They are honest, which I appreciate. The people at AG Diesel Repair stand behind their work. They are reliable and highly knowledgeable. I have been extremely satisfied with the service they have provided. Scheduling was easy. They go over and beyond what's expected of them. These are the kind of people that are honestly concerned about their customers safety. They listen to you and work with you. They are great to talk to, everyone's awesome; from the office staff to the guys behind the curtain working on the vehicles. I had used AG Diesel Repair in the past and felt confident having them put a new engine in my car. They finished the work a month ago and, so far, everything has been great. Their communication was good and they were upfront about how things were going. They kept me informed about the progress. In my dealings with Cameron, he is very good about explaining things and being very open about what's going on. They are very professional and thorough. They run a very clean and organized shop. more

They are a good group of folks. 10/11/2010

This was my first time using AG Diesel Repair. I liked it. It was a good experience. They put in a rebuilt transmission, a Jake brake, the Edge performance system, and a new air filter. It all looks nice and professionally done. The only thing I would like to see them do differently is just email the quotes in more formal writing, which they basically do after the work is complete. Overall, I am quite pleased with the quality of their work and they answered all of my questions. They are a good group of folks. more

I do not plan to go anywhere else. 10/11/2010

I am a construction superintendent, so I understand there is no such thing as perfect work. There is always something that you can catch. I think AG Diesel Repair shoot and hit about 95%. I have been going there for about 7 years now, and I do not plan to go anywhere else. Everything from being upfront to the service they provide, the whole experience has been pretty good. They are good about getting back to me with quotes, they offer rides, and they call me with the mechanic's findings. They even offer good prices. They actually go out of their way to get you a good price on materials. They understand how costs mount during the repairs and they try to do their best to help. The best part is that they get out me out on time. I tell them my truck is my business, and if I tell them I need it by a certain date, it is there and ready. Randy Logue more

I have been using AG Diesel Repair for probably 10 years now. I have never had a problem. I can pretty much bring my truck to them anytime. I just drop it off, say fix it, and it gets fixed. Aside from basic mechanical work, I have had them add a new air inflow, new exhaust, brakes, and they put in a new transmission. Most recently, they put in a new water pump. I just noticed some leaking, took it in without an appointment, and three days later it was done. I have never had a problem. They do good work. People complain about the high cost of labor but quality of work is was guarantees my business. John Billings more
