A. Fagundes Plumbing & Heating installed my heating/cooling over ten years ago. Aside from annual maintenance, we've had few reasons to have them back which speaks for itself. However, during maintenance calls George thoroughly examines the entire system and calls my attention to any issues early before they get serious/expensive. Allison in the office was also really great about getting back to me and staying on top of scheduling. Understandable this company has grown over the years but impressive that the commitment to service has stayed the same. more

We have used Fagundes Pluming & Heating for the following: -3rd Floor Bathroom (Sink/Toilet/Shower) -3rd Floor Ductless (1 Unit) -2nd Floor Ductless (3 Units) -1st Floor Heating -Basement Heating -Water Heater Replacement (Tankless) I have never worked with a company that has more top notch people than Al's team. Period. Peter who comes to your house and walks you through your options Sam that runs his team and is involved in every step Sammy, Nick and Ron who are the most polite hard workers in their field Danielle in the office who holds down the fort and answers any questions you have and takes on Mass Save and the rebates Al who is absolutely involved in his business and stands behind everything that his team does. My husband and I moved into Lowell, MA from out of the area and purchased a home that we knew needed some work. Hiring a "professional" without any personal recommendations is a stressful task. At the minimum you hope the people are fair and know what they are actually doing. If I can be the personal recommendation for Al or any member of his team I would be more then happy to tell you what an amazing team he has. They are a hard working, polite and the top of their field. All their work is top notch. We liked the job they were doing and trusted Al and his team so much that we took recommendations from him for an electrician and a contractor. I had a gas leak at my home and A. Fagundes were very good at responding to my call right away. They came the very next day to see what needed to be done and worked very professionally and fast to fix the problems. I highly recommend A. Fagundes and his team, Sam and brothers to do any job. They are awesome! Thank you Al and Sam for serving my home and my family. We all are very happy with the new water heater system and feel very safe with the new gas lines and other job done.
