A & D Lawn Mower Repair

Took in a running riding mower with a dirty carburetor. The shop owner kept promising to ""look at it this afternoon then call me with an estimate"" for a month and a half while it sat out in the rain then charged us to rebuild the motor because of water damage. He never called once. The repair costs were more than the mower was worth so we lost our mower. more

Money Scammers !!! Last summer we purchased a push mover for $50 and it stopped working 6 months ago. We took it to A & D lawn mower repair : owner AJ. The agreed to call me with a quote to fix it, but never did. About 3weeks later I called to see if they evaluated my mower to be fixed, only to find out they claimed to have fixed it already. The price to get it fixed was $69.99. I was overwhelmed !!! Money Scammers !!! They never called to give me a quote, they just wanted to drain money from us. I DONT RECOMMEND !!! more

We contacted them to come out and pick up our riding lawnmower. When my husband first talked to the service person, he said he would see if he could fix it when he came out, if not then he would bring it in for service( $50.00 for the service call and/or pickup/delivery service.) We spent nearly 3 full days waiting for this person to show up or to at least call to say when or if he would arrive. We placed calls to them asking when this person would be out, and were told ""he couldn't make it out yesterday, and he doesn't come in today until 2pm"", then still later, ""he never showed."" On the 3rd day he was supposed to be in a 10 am, we again left a message for a return call which never came, and at that point we moved on to an alternate plan.
