This company claims to be local but we are having to chase our part to wherever they may be that day. Took the money out of account right away, claimed to have the part but could not get them to Lewisville with it where that is where the advertised address is. It is now Christmas Eve and the part was paid for and they claimed to have it 5 days ago and still no oven element. Very poor business practices!!!
