Purchased a used Dodge Journey from Crivelli with 29,000 miles. Worst experience ever. Even before purchasing the car things needed to be fixed, the cover on the steering column cover was broken and the flashlight in the rear was broke both had to be ordered, no big deal they got fixed. 1 month later the A/C quit and they needed to order the line, line was ordered and after they got it all torn apart realized they ordered the wrong line and it would be another 2 weeks to get it. At the same time the driving light was loose and needed replaced which they did but at the time of pickup one of the mechanics belt buckles had rubbed against the fender and headlight scratching them all up. The fat man in charge of service argued that it was not done by them. The 3 days it was there my wife was given a loaner Subaru that someone traded in with no gas and no brakes. Now a year later the sunroof leaks and the windshield and Crivelli's says sorry but that's to bad. Worst place ever to buy
