I needed to pruchase a part for my washing machine. They didn't have the part in stock and needed to order it in. Not a big deal so I asked the price for the part...I was shocked they were going to charge me $120 for a part I could get on Sears for $26! I am all for supporting local businesses but that's ridiculous. I informed them of the price I could get at Sears and they told me go to Sears. I took their advice. Pros: Gave good advice to go to Sears Cons: Terrible Customer Service, Huge Mark ups more
