i'm in here often for my rc truck, and craft stuff for my girlfriend. i personally think the customer service is great. the few guys i always talk to seem to be very knowledgeable, and friendly. they also take the time to help you with what ever you need. if they don't have it, they'll order it for you. more

Stay Away.....Far Away. 12/12/2010

Worst service I have ever received at any store ever in my entire life. I actually called the manager a few days after my visit and he kept me on the phone for over a half hour trying to defend his employee. I will never ever go back to this store ever. I would buy online and wait six weeks to get my product before I gave this store another penny. I have never left a negative review about anything in my life and I am almost 40 years old. If my review prevents one person from buying from these guys, it has been worth it. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING NEEDED 12/2/2010

Good: One women behind the counter. Bad: The ONE RUDE GUY THAT IT THINK WORKS THERE AND THE BLONDE WITH GLASSES BEHIND THE COUNTER. Improvements: Fire the rude workers. Other: Went in for an RC helicopter was interested in one but the no one would would not give me the time of day. I purchased rocket packs for a friend. I paid for one went to the car to call him to make sure they were the right ones they were so I got another pack. They had to call to the back to get them when she rung them up it came up .65 higher than what I had paid 30 seconds earlier. Her only response when I asked why - "Cause they just came out from the back". WELL I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!!. more

Creative Crafts 1/17/2006

I like to make jewelery especially earrings. I find this place had a lot to offer in that category. They also have lots of sewing supplies and candle making equipment. The prices are so good because it ends up being cheaper to make your own stuff than buying it in a store. I am a very creative person and i feel when I come here my needs are met. more

Very Good Hobby Shop! 10/19/2005

Triple A Hobbies & Crafts has saved us on more than one occasion. This is the store that caries it all when your child has a last minute school project, or you want to pick up a quick gift item. They carry everything from chair rushing to model ships, cars, and planes... to a wide selection of craft paints, art supplies, carving tools, and x-acto knives. The sales staff is very knowledgeable, as well as very helpful. It is not as large as your major chain craft stores. Sometimes that's a good thing though, isn't it? more
