A 1 Emergency SVC

We had a flood in our home and didn't know who to call. I called A#1 and had them come out and give me pricing. They were so helpful. They totally put me at ease and took care of all the repairs and communicated with our insurance company. The whole process was completed within a few days. I am so relieved I ended up using their services. Erich and his staff are so professional and knowledgeable about this business. I was truly impressed. I ended up switching to their company for my tile and carpet cleaning. more

\r This company is BEYOND HORRIBLE! I waited a week for them to come out. They were over an hour late. Showed up with attitude. Priced the carpet cleaning for more than orig. stated at 24cents a ft. I had just returned from the hospital with back injury however took the time to move furniture in my living room. They had LESS THAN 275 sq ft of carpet to clean and wanted to charge me $130 PLUS almost $50 to clean very small triangular patches covering about 10 stairs!! NOT FULL STAIRS!! I agreed to do the lower floor. They walked out to their truck to get stuff ready as I wrote out a check in advance. The next thing I knew, they were driving away! They didn't even have the courage or decency to knock back on my door and tell me they had decided not to do the job!!! I called the owner; he only made excuses! Then proceeded to harrass me with multiple ""calls back"" to my no. after we hung up! This company is UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE! Period! Folks out there that don't have HUGE jobs to do; only regular carpet cleaning BEWARE!!! GO Somewhere ELSE!!! Again, they HARRASSED me by calling my home over and over after all was said and done!!!!! Cons: EVERYTHING more
