They have the parents sit in the first class with the students and I was very impressed with the teachers. After my daughter did her driving hours they took the time to come back and talk to the me. They told me how she did on the drive and what she needs to work on. They were concerned about her getting hours in for night driving. You could tell they cared about teaching the kids how to drive and making sure they were good drivers, not just getting people in the door to make money. more

My son took the driving course at 911 Driving School. I thought they were very knowledgeable and he learned a lot from their classes. After having three kids go through different driving schools, I can say that this is the best one we've been through. more

We thought they had excellent discipline for the children in class. My daughter is 18, and she's an excellent driver. They taught her well, and the discipline was just what the kids needed to stay focused. They have really good instructors who know how to work with the kids. more

Would highly recommend 911 Driving School. 10/11/2012

First of all, they were very nice. They were personable to me and my son, who took the class. Everyone was very professional, especially the instructor. What was most impressive was the knowledge of the instructor and the high level of instruction they provided my son when he was receiving his driving training. The big takeaway was by my son taking the class, and the training he received, he actually helped improve my driving and carefully point out some improvements I could make. I hadn't taken training in 25+ years, and getting new information was a great bonus to my son taking the class. more

911 Driving School - you don't need to go any where else. 9/14/2012

911 Driving School was an amazing experience. They were professional, yet for teenagers they are easy to work with. My daughter is an athlete and her schedule is very busy. They worked with us so she could get all of her classes in around her schedule. When taking classes with Mike, my daughter found him really easy to talk to. She came out of the class with flying colors, as well as other friends of hers that have taken the class. In fact, I don't know anyone who hasn't been extremely satisfied by them. Their customer service is unmatchable. The experience here is superior to any other driving school around, I can't imagine anyone sending their child anywhere else. more

Really good experience, but hard to contact in the morning. 8/23/2012

My experience with 911 Driving School was really good. The only change I would make would be to make sure that someone is always there to pick up the phone, especially in the mornings. Since they offer morning classes they should also have someone to pick up morning calls, in case we call to say we're stuck in traffic or something. No one would pick up in the morning. I think ideal calling hours would be at least from 7am to noon. more

The instructors at 911 Driving School were excellent! They were enthusiastic, they made it fun for the students while still teaching them a lot and getting their points across. The instructors were patient and helpful and made the students feel relaxed on their drives. more

Their staff is excellent 7/16/2012

911 Driving School of Vancouver did a superior job with my son. They helped him raise his confidence level of driving. He passed the driving test with a score of 92. more

Actual police officers teach the course 7/11/2012

911 Driving School - Vancouver had a positive influence on my kids! They made a big difference, compared to what other driving schools did for my friends. I was impressed with the instructors and how they handled things. I decided to use 911 Driving School because actual police officers teach the course. The officers are retired and have safety patrol experience. I also know Brenda Gardner. more

Daughter loved it. 6/15/2012

My daughter went to 911 Driving School of Vancouver and she's become quite a good driver since she graduated. She loved it and told me it was great because a lot of the instructors were ex-police officers. They provided stories and different perspectives that kept the class very interested in what they were talking about. more

Great, very flexible service used for both of my teenagers 6/14/2012

I have put both my kids through 911 Driving School. They are flexible with my kid's sporting and school events and they can change even within a 24 hour time period. They are excellent. If you reschedule, they are great because my teenagers are very busy and they accommodate your needs. I feel confident in the driving ability of my teens as well. more

Thorough and professional driving school. 5/9/2012

So we went with 911 Driving School - Vancouver because of their good reputation we'd gotten verbally from other people and other law enforcement people. My dad is a retired State Patrol officer and so he knew some of the people there. Overall it was a great experience. Every drive my son had was with a different instructor, so a different personality with different things to share. They covered a lot of things with him and were very thorough. Also, it was very easy if he missed a class, to make it up. more
