The team arrived right on the dot and as usual worked thoroughly and systematically through the house leaving behind the usual special attentention to details (I do not remember seeing such a well made bed). As my wife says, "it's always so nice after they come". John N, Denver more

I was scheduled for a cleaning on 11/4- woke up to find that my power was out! I called Angela, and she promptly rescheduled me for a convenient day (11/6) and time. And as usual, the cleaning team did a fabulous job! more

I love coming home to a clean place. Once again the team did a great job. Some things I left a note specifically requesting were not addressed, and they are not quite as detailed in their cleaning as I am, but they are still the best I've had and overall I'm happy with this service. more

The appointment set up, and first appointment for cleaning was a hassle due to a stressed and incomplete intake from the girl who answered the phone. The quoted arrival time is very "flexible" , which does not work well for those of us with other commitments to work around. ( I guess If you are away from home, or work out of the house all day, and don't care when the clean is done, this could work fine). Doesn't work for me. Not sure I will use them again. The cleaning itself was very good, but I can clean myself very good. I'm paying for convenience, which I'd score it a 3/10 on that. more

Alma and Yesenia cleaned today. I had surgery on Monday and haven't been able to keep up with the messes that get made around here. It is such a joy to have them here, making my home sparkling. I feel better already. I have had many services in the past, but 5280, Alma, and Yesenia have surpassed all others. I truly appreciate their cheerfulness, thoroughness and professional approach to cleaning. In my book they are cleaning goddesses. more

I have been using 5280 Housecleaning now for well over a year and have been delighted with the service. They are extremely consistent no matter which crew cleans our home but I have to say Carla is particularly good. She has a great attitude and my house always sparkles when she and her crew finish. more

I used 5280 for a year and always paid the same price. The girls were friendly and always did a good job. Then--out of the blue one day I received a phone call from the office telling me that they were going to start charging me an additional 50.00 to clean our house each time. They used the excuse that because we didn't use them every week (only bi-weekely), not because my house gets too dirty and it takes longer, (it isonly my husband and I in the house) but because they only come twice a month!! They told me that they would come and clean my house and only stay half the time, I agreed. When I came home to check on the girls after 2 hours (they were suppose to stay 3) they were gone!! The house was barely touched!! I called the office and told the lady who answers the phone and she was extremely rude!! She basically said to me "what do you expect". If you want your house cleaned you'll have to pay the price! Do not use 5280!! more

I had my animal cages cleaned, my laundry washed and folded, my floors cleaned, and my dished washed. Not only were all of these things done by my cleaners Otilia and Eliza, but they also left the entire place spotless. I am very happy with my service, and have my place cleaned every two weeks. more

I love my clean house. The products used do not irritate my allergies and asthma. Yet my house is spotless and fresh. Thank you Team 8 for such an awesome job!! more

I started using 5280 House Cleaning right after my first son was born. I now have two little boys and so appreciate the great job that our cleaning team does twice a month. Knowing that they do a detailed and thorough cleaning job makes life as a mom so much easier because it frees up so much time for me to spend with my kids while knowing that they are crawling around and playing on clean surfaces. I typically take the kids out of the house during cleanings, and it's so nice to come home and see everything sparkling and in its place. And on the occasions that I am home with my kids during the cleaning, the team is always very accommodating about saving the room where I spend time with the kids until the end of the cleaning. Our cleaning team is friendly and professional, and I feel very comfortable having them in our home. On the rare occasion when we have had a minor issue, the management has addressed the issue immediately and satisfactorily. As a happy customer for nearly 2 years, I recommend 5280 House Cleaners to all my friends without hesitation. more

I wasn't going to write a review until what happened today. I used them a few weeks ago and was given an estimate of $190. I understood clearly that this was an estimate and the lady on the phone said they will let me know when they are here a more specific price. They were supposed to show up at 11:30. At 12:45 I called the office to ask where they were and the man who answered the phone told me that they were already there. Really?! They ended up showing up about 15 minutes later. The cleaners were very friendly but had no clue what kind of cleaning I wanted that I had specified on the phone. The lead cleaner told me they may need some extra time but would let me know. 3 and a half hours later they were out the door. Never told me anything. The next day I was shocked when they called and said they charged my credit card that I had used to hold the reservations for $328! I called and told them that I did not approve this and something needed to be done. Then the lady I was speaking to put a guy on the phone who said that they had called and told me the price. (He even told me the time they called) A BOLD FACE LIE! I told him I will drive right down there and show him my phone records. He instantly told me he would give me $48 which I agreed with so I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore. He then went on to tell me that we needed to work on better communication to avoid these problems. WHAT?! This brings me to today. I'm feeding my newborn baby (the reason I had my house cleaned) and I hear people trying to get into my house. Then I hear keys in my door locks. IT WAS THE CLEANERS AGAIN! When I opened the door the key was actually in the lock!! They said that I had another appointment. Um...no! So was that their story or were they going to rob me. The next time I will call the police or if they get into the house god forbid something worse happen, especially with my newborn to protect. This won't be posted on their website anyway and please do not contact me. more

I've been working with 5280 House Cleaning since June of this year. Lupe and her team did my initial clean and did an outstanding job. I had another team clean our home a few other times and I was not satisifed with the work. I was going to cancle service, however, Angela at the office made it right by making Lupe, Florecel and Yesenia our regular team. They just left and my house is spotless.
