My wife placed an order for delivery, and at the end of the call, after they had taken her credit card number down, asked how long the delivery time would be. The delivery person who took the order said 15-20 minutes. This call was at 6:23 PM. At 7:19 PM, I called back to see what had happened and where the pizza was. The first person I had talked to asked me what the name was on the order, and I said a name wasn't taken, only the phone number. She asked me this two more times after short silences, so I asked for a manager. A man came on and said he was a manager, so I explained the situation to him that I was wondering where the pizza was and how long the delivery driver said it would be. He said he would put me on hold while he found out. A third lady answered the phone claiming to be the store owner. Her name was Alicia. When she answered the phone she asked what she could do to help me and apparaently had no idea what the problem was after I had spent several minutes explaining it to the last person. I was quite irritated at this point. Alicia kept arguing with me saying there was no way she could see anyone believing it would only take 15-20 minutes to deliver a pizza. I know for a fact that it is possible because I used to cook pizza's and deliver them. It takes 6 1/2 minutes to cook a pizza. Since I live less than five blocks away from 5 Buck Pizza, it is quit possible to deliver a pizza in 15-20 minutes at that distance. She kept arguing with me about this and how she knew the situation even after she told me she didn't. I finally told her to cancel the order, at which point she said okay and hung up on me. I then called back to get her number, and a male answered. I asked what the store owners name was because she said she WAS the store owner. He said Ryan was the owner. He then gave the phone to Alicia who I asked who Ryan was. When I said the person that answered the phone said Ryan was the store owner, she called me a liar and said she was the manager.
