I was in here during the air and water show when the plains were on the water. It felt as if they were flying through the apartments. I never heard any of the neighbors, but I was also only there during the day. The places are all pretty outdated, but if you ask for something new then this company should give it to you. This company has decent move in specials, but they make you sign up for a thirteen month lease.
