Worst Place Ever 5/21/2012

I could not agree any more with these two reviews above. Let me describe my first experience at this ""Business"". I dropped my Jeep JK off as soon as they opened (9am) and the rep there names Grant checked in my vehicle and did the appraisal of the mileage and any damages to note. He said it would all be good and I could pick it up around then end of the day (they will tell you for any item you get there that it takes all day to install BTW). I then get a call around 3pm and they are asking what happeend and why I did not drop off my Jeep, I advised it has been there since 9am and they said, ""oh....okay, well we will have it ready by the end of the day...sorry"". Real nice 4WheelParts. Also every time they tell you on the phone they will call you back, they dont...this has happened to me on 5 different occasions. Their customer service sucks, and Grant should personally be fired. more

YOURE FIRED! 11/23/2011

I drive a Jeep Wrangler lifted on Bfg Mud tires. Have driven past this place every day drooling at the window at all the 4X4 parts. Just never had the time to go in. FINALLY I did today, and will never, ever go back. I believe in social media and this is how these companies are missing the boat through a customer. No longer will one person say a bad service issue to 20 people. The average person has 365 friends and can reach out to over 2000 people on a Facebook or twitter acct. I am so upset at this crappy service I created this account titled ""Youre fired or hired"". My hard top needed bolts to hold it down. The bolts I got at the auto parts store work but wear through the composite making the hole bigger and bigger with more trail riding I do. I walked into this clean, well put together showroom floor with no other customer in the store. Walked about every isle then finally made it to the counter with three employees there. One was on the phone but the other two never even greeted me. No worries. I was in my black dress slacks with my Store Manager uniform on tucked in w my keys latched on dressed. I expected more but thats not what really got me. I greeted the older white man wearing a gray Jeep Offroad t shirt and told him I needed a kit for my hard top to bolt it on. He said ""hmm yea we really dont have anything for that"". I asked if they have a hard top hardware kit and he seemes to get agrivated and said again ""hmm no we dont, let me look online"" I told him I did on the 4wheelparts web site and didnt see anything. He immediately stopped and said ""yea we dont have anything"". I had to pause to gain control. I said ""youre sign says you install everything you sell right?"" What do yo do when you sell a hard top. (For those of you that dont know the hard top for the jeep wrangler goes for $1900 to $2700 bucks! They are not cheap.) He then tells me ""well they come with a HARDWARE KIT""!!!!!!!!! So believe me or not I sincerely kept ice man cool and never got mad. I just let it build. Through the entire process the one employee that was on the phone was well off and the entire time they kept looking busy but glancing up at me whenever I asked a question and every time the guy said ""no"" then went back to busy work. To close after all the ""NO"" I just smiled and said wow. So you cant get a hardware kit for my hard top. He stared at me like I was asking the same question, and I was. And I said ""thanks man anyways"" and walked away. I walked slow looking at everything yet again just hopeing someone was going to say ""Hey man buy this size bolt with washer and it'll work fine"" but it never happened.I know doing my own hubs, brakes, belts oil changes, motor mounts and all kinds of stuff how to secure the top. This was just not any type of thing I would ever expect going into such a big store. I mean you sell off road stuff and I'm driving a Jeep lifted on mud tires with a Hilift jack strappe to the front. I would have bought a soda for a customer like that and talked about load hold on new composite rope to just hook someone for the future. In closing I know this might seem I'm being mad. I took all day to think this through to then explain my entire story and think how to do this. More so understand there was three employees involved. Not just one. There was never a customer that walked in to make getting service hard. More so no employee ever made an effort to help. That was really the most let down of all. How bad is it that someone has the best selection and look and cant do the best thing and service a customer. 4WHEEL PARTS YOU'RE FIRED! more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 1/21/2009

simply the WORST customer service I have ever seen. The employees could not be bothered by your presence and have a chip on their shoulder that they know more than you about truck, which I found couldn't be further from the truth. Instead of helping you with a decision or offering different ideas they just stare at you with a glazed look...Horrible experience on multiple occasions and would never go back Cons: Horrible staff more
