Outstanding service! 7/3/2020

Anthony was our service tech. We had an issue with odd odors coming through our vents. Anthony did a thorough inspection and pointed out some things the last installer didn't pay attention to. I will definitely call 4 Seasons Heating for our next furnace/AC job. I also recommended them to a co-worker who just purchased a condo and was advised to get the HVAC system inspected. Great job 4 Seasons! more

Professional Install 2/8/2020

Mid-December our 20-year old furnace started making a lot of noise, turned out to be cracked. The 4 Seasons team came in with alternatives and outlined the reasons for each. They removed and installed a new furnace in our attic to meet our needs. Excellent work, and so very careful of our house, etc. Plus, furnace works great, so much better than the previous one. more

Service call 7/22/19 7/22/2019

To begin with they service technician arrived almost an hour and a half before they were scheduled to arrive. He immediately went to work on the air conditioning unit checking the Heat exchangers tightening the drainage fittings and overall just checking the unit for wear and tear and possible problems. He then went to the air conditioning unit and checked the air compressor, Chillers, cooling levels and electrical fittings. I was very pleased with the level of service and would recommend Four Seasons Heating and Cooling to anyone who is looking for a company that is efficient, cost effective, and knowledgeable. more

Excellent service 7/21/2019

Call on a Friday afternoon about an AC problem. Pam in the office had Jay at my residence within a half hour. Jay replaced a bad control board and was cooling. 4 Seasons continues to provide excellent customer service. more

Furnace maintenance and repair 4/20/2019

Jason was exceptional! Very experienced and knowledgeable technician. He spent the time to show me how to operate my furnace and thermostat to get the desired results I was looking for. He showed me the malfunctioning part and how it operates in the furnace. I have full confidence in their service and they will be my go-to company for all my heating and cooling needs! Pam more

We have had 4 seasons work on both our A/C and our furnace and they are always very professional, provide excellent service for a fair price. We are also going to have them do our air duct cleaning and install an attic fan. Very happy with their work more

AC repar 8/10/2018

Needed an AC repair; somewhat quick as Reno is hot and smokey. Called 4 Seasons approximately 7:15 am in the morning, and they had a technician at the house before 10 am. Anthony, the technician, was professional, friendly and efficient. Started with the simplest check, the fan blower capacitor, and it turned out that is exactly what was wrong; capacitor was bad. Anthony replaced the capacitor and system is running fine. Also had him check the condensor and replace that capacitor has it was starting to go. Quick and efficient repair job.
