This is a really nice place to get your fitness on. There's a tv monitor on almost every piece of equipment, which makes the time working out fly by. Fresh towels, a pool, spa, etc....very posh. more

Its been totally redone and offers all kinds of classes. If you need to take your training to the next level they have a Specific Sports Training program which a lot of professional athlets take there which is also available for ambitious members. If you like to play basketball they have 2 courts with pretty good games. more

AMAZING. 12/8/2010

This place is AMAZING!!!! tell me why there is a cafe in the gym?! i was AMAZED. they seem to have pretty good food.... the gym is down stairs & theres a little area where you can keep your kids. The pool area is very nice- its an outside pool with a jacuzzi and little lounging area. Theyre classes seem to attract all ages. overall- i think this gym is AMAZING. i couldnt find anything I could say is wrong with it... you should check it out! more

One of the best three gyms in the valley! This place has just about everything you'll ever need... Great weight room, plenty of cardio machines with a personal TV on each one, nice basketball courts, raquette ball, pool, outdoor jacuzzi, indoor jacuzzi, steam room wet and dry, they have a cafe with good food, towel services and the place is always clean and tidy. One of the most important factors for me is that the place is never overcrowded. I hardly ever have to wait to use a machine.The only drawbacks are the problems finding parking and their billing policy. You get what you pay for right? If fitness and health are a top priority this is the place to join!! more

it's a health club and not some cheesy in n out gym... where you can't even use the facility, etc etc And why are people moaning about the age group??? There are younger and older people there.. and? Lol, I just find that a bit silly.... more

The place is well clean 12/1/2010

The place is well clean, tidy, towels are available (dry cleaning too, I heard?) there is a canteen there, valet parking... And the actual gym, huge! Lots of machines and whats not, most of the time you'll be bale to use what you want/ need. The classes are brillient, I normally take the pilates and the Total Body Conditioning, both teachers are so nice and friendly and really help you throughout the class. I only started exercising after joinging so I had alot to learn when I just started and I do believe that this place is really helping me to achieve my goals (no more bingo wings!!.. lol) more
