My parents have a small business in the Chicago Land area. Because of a referral from the MAC store in Chicago, I contacted this company hoping to get technical advice and support for Mac products. Upon speaking to the customer service rep it was suggested that I purchase a Mac Pro to be used as a server with the hopes of networking several computers to it. I also requested that my off site staff be able to remotely log in to this network. From the onset, I never received the services that I requested after committing to a year long contract with this company. Every time they came out; the problems continued to worsen. Then I started to review my credit card bill and they were consistently charging for each visit although I had set up a contract. When I called to inquire, I was told that I had used all of the hours under my contract within the first six months although it was a year long contract and that no service tech would be coming to my business unless I agreed to pay $700. Today I called and was told that my contract had expired and that unless I committed to another service contract worth $299 that they could not come and fix the issues that they had created. Additionally, the software that I purchased with the Mac Pro is missing and the only person who has ever seen the software is their technician.\r \r Finally, do not do business with this company; they are deplorable. The $99 is for 2 hrs. on-site work and for 1 incident per month. The last job was a clean up of my computer's hard drive. The work started as an on-site situation, but it became clear that the problem was more serious than anticipated. I took the computer to ondecktech, where the problem was taken care of. The computer is now working perfectly.\r \r I have used both on-site and phone support and have found the technicians very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. They were on time for the site visits. I am not very technical and I have found the staff able to give me easy to follow directions and explanations. I find their services easier to use than the Apple support system.\r more

When I called, a very nice woman answered the phone, and explained the service to me. At first I was a bit confused about their pricing. They sent a tech the same day. I have a Mac laptop and two older Windows computers. He was able to remove the viruses off of one of my Windows systems, get iTunes working on another, and get all of the systems onto my wireless network in about 2 and a half hours. He was really patient with my questions, much more than my son! After the visit, we talked about the service, and I decided to sign up for the 3 year subscription. The entire visit cost me under $175, plus $12 for his parking, and I have already used one of the free hours per month of telephone and chat support I get free with the subscription.
