247 lock&key came to the house after another 'locksmith' broke his drill in the lock &scratched the door. The service was excellent! the technician not only fixed the lock that was broken but brainstormed with me about the best way to do it. He made keys (that were lost) for 2 other doors. He was efficient, knowledgeable & neat.
