At first they didn't want to take on the job. When their competitor couldn't meet my time frame, they reconsidered. The job was done excellently and beyond the call of duty. When a wall of glass door did not operate properly they cooperated with the door installer to resolve the issue. more

Overall satisfied 1/10/2013

The installation work was very clean, no wires or cable showing anywhere. I am a little disappointed that the Pandora Radio on the Denon receiver has not worked since Thanksgiving 2012. 24/7 AV advises me that there is a "firm-ware" security update that is being worked on by Denon/Pardora that has not come out yet, hope someone can figure out that issue soon. RESPONSE FROM 24/7 Audio Video: Denon Receivers are having issues with Pandora and Denon is working to fix the issue. This is a known issue and can they are offering customer support in regards to this via their website. more

Have used this company from two residences; quite satisfied. 1/9/2013

My husband and I are older, and electronic devices are not easy for us to learn. 24/7 provided helpful installation and were very patient explaining things to us. more

Our TV was broken when they hung it and turned it on....they wanted to charge us another 60.00 to come back and finsihs the job...i think thsi is a bit high. RESPONSE FROM 24/7 Audio Video: Please note that we do charge for trip charges if the product or service is not warrantied by us. In this case your TV was broken and in order for us to come back we normally would have charged $120.00, but were discounting your charge to help offset the cost. more

I am a super critical consumer with very high expectations and you guys are AMAZING...we NOW actually enjoy our entertainment area that several others screwed up and over complicated. You guys LISTENED to our budget and exactly what we wanted...we are totally thrilled. We love everything you guys did...from the products to the outstanding customer service. I wish more companies took as much pride in their work as you guys do! All we can say is THANK YOU...it is so refreshing to push a button and everything just works!!! more

Call for previous issues not completed....Pandora not functioning and continued buzzing in front left surround sound speakers. 1/9/2013

Unable to correct the issue with buzzing in the speakers. Pandora situation corrected. Unhappy regarding a charge for call on existing problems that had not earlier been corrected within our 30 day install. Managment called though within 15 minutes of original call with complaint and offered to take care of call at no charge. Also encouraged customer to contact with further issues and wants to service our audio video needs to our satisfaction. more

When we purchased our new tv, we had 5 different remotes to operate the tv, cd player, etc. Now we have ONE remote that does everything -- it even controls our patio speakers. You were also able to "hide" all the wires, so we have a really clean look. Thanks so much! more

Not a happy customer, however, I do like my system. 1/9/2013

I called 24/7 with my issues and the details were explained at that time. My issues were not addressed. My response to 24/7 was that I would not recommend them to anyone. I have had numerous oportunities with friends and club members that have been to my home, however, I will not tell anyone who did the system for me. That will not change. The person that recommended 24/7 is also not willing to use or recommend 24/7 due to the poor customer service I received. RESPONSE FROM 24/7 Audio Video: There was no issue of poor customer service. All issues were addressed in regards to time on job, as well as discounts being provided. Client wanted to use her son to do work in order to eliminate labor charges. We are professionals who can only warranty work that we do. Any service provider will not work with client in conjunction with installation, hence why we are paid to do the job. Customer discounts were applied, and all issues were addressed. more

Coordinated with Stone Creek on the design and installation of a home entertainment system in a very attractive, large wall unit. 24/7 cleaned up a mess of wiring behind my old wall unit and delivered what they promised, on time and on budget. Installation was professional and timely. more

5 STAR Rating to 24/7-This is the best service we have ever received! 1/9/2013

We downsized last year and decided to have 24/7 move and set up all of our equipment. They were fast, efficient, knowledgable. After the initial move, we decided to install surround sound, again all work was done in a very professional manner. The most exited additon was the Universal Remote. As we are not teenagers any more, trying to work with 5 or 6 remotes was a challange to say the least! The Universal Remote is SO simple even WE could use it. Thanks 24/7 and thanks to Cameron for the recommendation! more
