I live here and love it! 12/4/2006

I looked for over a year for the right place and love 1900 elm! The management team is the tops! Pricing is reasonable. Maintenance fixes anything as soon as they know ( really! They do! ) and it is clean, and secure. Top two complexes I have EVER lived in and I am not a college student. If you are looking for a GREAT LOFT with GREAT neighbors, and management team, go to 1900 elm. Tell Michael or Shane that Wendy sent you from Citysearch. See you at the top! Pros: Great rates, parking and staff! Located near ALL fwys too!Pet walk too. Cons: ?? I didn't find it sooner. more

Owner Message
  • Transformed into 129 loft-style residential apartments with an expansive first-floor retail concourse, 1900 Elm, The Titche-Goettinger Building, has kept its historical and architectural appeal. Ranging in size from 494 to 2,685 sq. ft., each open, airy, loft-style apartment is designed around original architectural elements. Each one is different from the rest. Some feature fabulous arched windows with panoramic city views. Others have floor to ceiling windows that open to the building's spectacular open-air atrium. Many feature original 15-ft columns adorned by ornate crown molding, as well as authentic casement windows. No matter where you look at 1900 Elm, you'll see fascinating echoes of the past... yet modern conveniences abound as well. Today, one of Dallas' original broad-front stores, Titche-Goettinger Department Store, still stands at 1900 Elm with its dignity and beauty intact.
