Eliminate the clog in bathroom sinks 12/28/2018

Called late on Wednesday afternoon, scheduled next day around noon, showed up as scheduled.Emanuel dressed professional, covered his shoes before entering my home, and each time thereafter. Removed the towels under the sink, and replace after he completed the job. He was very polite and just a real nice guy, and most importantly he resolved my issue. Tested drainage on both sinks to make sure they were draining properly.. and they were draining properly. Will use this company in the future and request Emanuel Reyes more

Closet repair 4/18/2018

The office was very prompt getting my appointment scheduled. When Kyle arrived as scheduled he was able to make a repair by undoing the poorly constructed piping using his extensive experience. Great job! more

Great service! 8/10/2017

1-800-plumber was great to work with. They answer the phone....which many others you have to leave a message, they scheduled a technician out right away within our schedule and timeframe, and Chad was great! He was very polite, personable and professional and explained our options. We had Chad come back a few days later for another issue as we were very pleased from the first visit. He returned at the scheduled time and quickly fixed our other commode. Their prices were even better than several others who quoted over the phone and like I stated, we didn't have to wait upwards of a week, Highly recommend! more

Kris Tallman installed a disposal 6/14/2017

Kris seemed very experienced at what he was doing plus he was a fun person to be around. He made the experience enjoyable even though I was spending nearly $500.00. I even told him that I liked him, because he was just as full of it as I was. I would recommend Kris for any plumbing job that anyone needs done. I hope that whenever I call 1-800 Plumber that they send kris to do the job. more

They quickly returned my call and scheduled service. Mike was excellent in communicating each step of his process. He quickly diagnosed the issues and gave me a reasonable price. He fixed three plumbing issues that were happening in my home. I highly recommend them and plan on using their services again. more

Techs were neat, clean, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Replaced valves and plumbing as was required by the insurance company as was known to me. Visually inspected some plumbing which to the best of their knowledge was in code. more
