The owner of this place has got one of the WORST and I mean WORST attitudes of any business I've ever patronized! I had rented a Budget truck from this place almost 8 months ago and when I returned it via night drop, he claimed I did not and charged me an extra day! When I tried to talk to him, he just hung up on me! I also have a PO Box with this place and recently renewed it for a month after my initial 1 year contract expired and then he goes and claims that I did not renew it EVEN
THOUGH I HAD A SIGNED RECEIPT which proves I did! I actually had to call the police to get involved because when I went in to show him the receipt, he got mad at me, refused to even look at the receipt and even was threatening me! Fortunately, when the police came, they knew he was lying and eventually ""convinced"" him to give me my money back! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! Be warned! Filed a complaint with the local BBB.
