I recently had to move my ill mother from San Diego to Temecula. I must say the guys were very patient with my mother which I know isn't easy. I had to move suddenly, which created a stressful situation from the beginning. 1 Stop Moving & Storage made it much easier for me though. They moved my whole house. They arrived on time and were very professional. They disassembled and packed everything for me; I didn't have to do a thing. At my new residence, they unpacked everything where I asked them to. They were extremely cooperative and helpful throughout the whole process. The foreman explained everything to me at the beginning. It all went smoothly. I was really satisfied with the service I received from 1 Stop Moving & Storage. I had previously moved a couple of years ago, and that was not such a good experience. I found these guys online and decided to try them out because of their good reviews. When they came, the foreman explained all of the charges they would make and walked me through the paperwork. Then, the three movers went right to work. I didn't have to do anything. They wrapped all of my furniture. They boxed up all of my possessions. They moved everything out with no problem. When they unloaded everything into my new home, nothing was broken or missing. The whole move took about seven hours. It all went smoothly. The movers were professional and timely. When they needed to take a quick break, they would let me know. They really didn't take many breaks. They worked through the day and got everything done efficiently. It was the easiest move I've ever had. more
