Fast and reasonable. Pretty fast also! 7/14/2011

A heavy duty lock is pretty expensive, lets face the facts. But it is the only type of lock that is considered pick-proof. (If there really is such a thing) When they came by to install it, it took them a good while to do it. I can say that I have never seen a key quite like this before. So maybe it is pick proof! Which is exactly what a person living in a building like mine. Now I can go to work in the morning without having to worry about coming back to an empty apartment! more

How the lock fell off the door I’ll never know! But it did.. And I needed to have someone come by and fix it because I have absolutely no idea how to fix that! Good thing my neighbor had these guys’ number. I called them and they send a technician out and had it fixed in less than an hour. I can’t say that I am thrilled, but at least I won’t have to worry about it falling off the door again! more

Door key broken? Sucks for you. And I know that because it sucked for me! But these guys made the whole experience a little easier to deal with. I can’t speak for any other services, but the people on the phone were nice about dealing with me even when i wasn’t in the best of possible moods. more

A job well done! 4/4/2011

We called these guys to install a new panic bar on the exit out back. They were happy to come out and give us an estimate. They charged 35 for that, but when we decided to install the lock, they said that they deducted that 35 from the total service cost. That was pretty nice of them. The job had a few particulars, but was done in a few days. Great service at a great price. What else could you ask for? more

I needed to have some locks rekeyed in one of my condos. I’ve used these guys once before when I was locked out of my house. They didn’t remember me, but the service I received was just as good as the last time. Good prices and fast service! more

Please for the sake of Big G up in the sky... Don’t let me lose any more keys!!! Every time I do I call these guys and they are more than happy to unlock the door for me! But it is killing my savings fund! lol more
