0 007 Lock 1 Service

horrible experience - he came over did not have the type of lock i wanted installed and he had to order them it took over a week for me to finally have a lock that I felt safe in my home installed on my door - i was expecting this to be done in one day and it took them over a week to finally get the lock i wanted and have it installed like I wanted to. The person on the phone handling my call was nice in the beginning but after a while they started getting an attitude on the phone to me all I wanted was my house to be secured is that too much to ask for ? is knowing what you want and insisting you get it a bad thing ? I don't think so .... more

Could be that the key is just wedged somewhere in the seat, but I just can’t find it anywhere! I mean I don’t mind spending money on a key, but I’ll be upset if I end up finding it during a good cleaning! Hopefully that doesn’t happen until the shock of buying a new key is past lol! more

I’m frequently on the road, so when i snapped the key for the van in 2, I panicked, but just for a minute. So, after the longest minute of my life, I looked up locksmiths in my phone. They returned me these guys and I called them. They were able to come out to me and make me a new key pretty quickly. Wasn’t too bad of a price, especially considering the speed of which the service was performed. Maybe I just got lucky, but then again, I think these guys are just that good. more

If you need a locksmith, don't hesitate to call these guys. They are fast, courteous, and professional! They were able to rekey my property in about 2 hours. All together for 6 locks the service was just under 325 bucks. Can't complain. And they provide quality work! more

I just bought a new house and the people that owned it before must have loved having a million keys. The house seriously had about 10 different keys. I was originally going to have them all replaced, but when this guy showed up he said that I can have the locks work with one key! I decided to have them separated into 2 different keys, one for inside and one for outside, and now i have two keys to open up everything in my house! talk about convenient! more

What can I say.. I google'd for a locksmith, these guys popped up and I called the to change my mothers locks. I have no idea what happened, all I know is that not my mom is happy and she keeps talking about the "nice man" that changed her locks! If she's happy, then I'm happy. Thats just how it is! more

He was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that their technician went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from their company to help me out. I could sense that He was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to what they told me I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called them to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened they were genuinely happy for me even though they did not end up providing the service - that's how nice they are! more
