Baby Moon Cafe has the best salads in the airport area. The seafood they serve is very fresh and I have yet to have a bad meal there. They have an outdoor area that is covered and enclosed during bad weather, but it is a great place to sit when it's nice outside. The wait staff is excellent and is only outdone by the food. The menu varies from salads to entrees, to sandwiches to desserts. I highly recommend Baby Moon to anyone who is looking for fresh and healthy food.
