purchased carpet from this company and opted for the higher end line they had. within a week carpet began to bubble and would break off from the edges. after multipe attempts to repair the carpet, carpet to go finally tore it all out and installed a new carpet. what do you know, same thing happens again and their solutions is to try and re-strech, again. doesn't work. 6 months or more later and i have crappy carpet that is lifting and bubbling everywhere. at this point carpet to go and the owner, gary long, wouldn't help because they felt they did enough and i had to call the manufacturer myself to fix the situation. when it was all said and done i was left with an additional 1,000 out of pocket for misc. expenses and to remove the carpet which they wouldn't do. do yourself a favor and don't fall victim to the cheap prices - here you really do get what you pay for...cheap products and poor customer service. more
