I absolutely love Dr. Cass! As a former vet tech and current daycare/pet resort employee I can educatedly say that this clinic and staff are great. Dr. Cass has always focused on treating my animals to help their health, not to make a large profit off them. The prices are definitely in the cusomer's favor. They have always accomodated me when I need to reschedule, and are nothing but helpful. If you've had a bad experience here I think you either must have been seeking one out.
