Yes the are really disorganized. The front desk Amanda was rude and she didn't know what she was doing I called to ask questions regarding my bill and she didn't know what she was talking about. She just told me everyone is billed this way and to ask the doctor. Also they totally over billed me. I checked my Blue Cross account online and it showed that I was billed for services that I never even received also it was billed under a different name not Dr. Richard Li. This place is shady. I already reported the over billing to Blue Cross.
