The location allows guests to walk to UW Medical, The University of Washington and all the shops and restaurants that University Village or University Avenue (The Ave) has to offer. And it is located only a mile from Children’s Hospital.\r

If you are looking for lodging that is more than just beds and a bathroom, we attempt to provide you all the amenities you could ask for in our vacation rental. This includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining area (perfect for family gatherings), and a wireless network and printer to allow any needed business to be completed. The house has the added bonus of a large covered porch, equipped with a barbeque, and an incredible view of the Cascade Mountains.\r
