I have been teaching at Dash for about a year now and can honestly say it is the best place I've ever worked! I LOVE MY JOB! We are all a team, the members AND the instructors. It's so amazing to come to the club and be treated like family. Most of the classes are taught by two instructors which creates twice as much fun and twice as much energy. Every class is truly amazing and kicks my butt every time! Even if you are a first-timer to the class, options are always shown to make sure everyone has a safe and SUPER fun workout! I feel like I'm now in the best shape of my life and owe most of that to the awsome crew at DASH. There is truly something for everyone at DASH!!!
