I have been working out at DASH for over a year and I am obsessed! I have never felt more comfortable and welcome in a gym ever! The instructors are not only amazing but so friendly. They all know my name. I have made many friends in class. Every class they offer is incredible. Most of them are also taught by two instructors which adds so much energy, motivation, and fun! They always show options which is very important to me. I can honestly say I have gotten the best results ever from taking classes at DASH. From Obsidian, BodyCombat, BodyPump, BodyStep, Zumba- they have all changed my body. And every week they are switching up the workouts so I never get bored. I will never be able to step foot on a treadmill ever again!!! I LOVE DASH!!!
