I recently had Chris from Blue Mountain Carpet Care shampoo my carpets. Never having my carpets professionally cleaned before, I did not know what to expect. When I called Chris to ask him some basic questions and get a quote, I was really happy with the advise that he gave and thought that his prices were very fair. I was able to make an appointment for two days later. He showed up at the exact time that he said that he would. He did let me know that their were a couple of spots that he wasnt sure if he could get out, which I apprecited his honesty. The job came in at the exact price that he quoted me, with no suprises. And my carpets look fantastic.
