Our family (as in my Dad, brothers, and myself) have been with the same agent sice I was born (over 40 years!!). Nick Seniw goes out of his way, as does his staff, to help. I have had my share of nutty drivers hitting my car and even a car theft. They resolved my claims quickly and effortlessly. If there was ever a question of coverage, it was always resolved in my favor. What more could you want? Every once in awhile Nick will call to see how things are going and if your insurance needs have changed. Nothing intrusive, just checking in. He's very unpretentious.
