My vehicle was illegally towed on Thursday July 19, 2018. I went to visit an elderly uncle as a guest. I parked went inside the parking lot, then went inside the house to retrieve the visitor guest parking pass & 4 mins later LITERALLY 4 mins later my car was gone. I was not allotted ANY time to retrieve the pass and place it inside the window for display. When I contacted the company to inquire about the vehicle the agent was very rude, she was making up excuses for why the vehicle was towed. I went to obtain the vehicle and was charged $300 for nothing. Friday, I spoke with the apartment complex manager from which the vehicle was towed & upon video footage then speaking with the towing company they agreed to refund $150 with NO EXPLANATION for why the extra $150 would not be returned. I've been contacting the company ever since Friday, which is now Tuesday July 24, 2018 and have been unable to get a straight answer for why the remainder of my money has not been returned.
