Good: There are quite a few things that I really love about Inmod. Before getting into their unique brand of customer service, I have to say that their offerings really cover it all. I LOVE modern furniture, but find that unless I shop at Ikea, I'm going to pay a ridiculous premium. Inmod has a great selection of awesome designs at really fair prices, and offers some really cool online customization. They also seem to be pretty eco-conscious, which is important to me. Their customer service is the best I've seen.. Bad: Can't really think of any bad points.. Improvements: It's hard to pinpoint possible improvements, as I've shopped with them repeatedly without a single bad experience. I'd like to see Inmod branch out and perhaps offer up some more goodies in the decor & accessories department. I love modern, but if I could also buy art for my walls and dishware, they might just be my one-stop shop..
