empty food bowls. Overcrowded enclosures and fish tanks. Severe infestation of parasites: Fleas, ticks, reptile mites. Poor customer service. Overall sick animals. I purchased a green iguana that died 4 days after I bought him. I had to buy chemicals to clean my mite infested apartment. Not to mention treat all 3 of my lizards for mites. First and last time shopper.
