I'm extremely happy with Park Avenue Audio! If I could put in a 6, I'd give them a 6. They did our home theater and window treatments. They were punctual, reliable, and clean. My husband is very particular and wanted many things done. They understood him, fulfilled whatever our ideas were, and added on their own ideas. We loved their suggestions. We are extremely happy.
They also did a Crestron System, which is sort of like an iPod with widgets on it that is like a brain of everything in the house. It's costly, but you get what you paid for. They worked with our designer, our architect, our contractors. That's very difficult to make everyone happy.
Then, when the job was done, they followed through after one month, two months, and three months. They didn't just disappear after they finished the job. They go beyond. Their people skills and services makes them stand out. We were very comfortable with them because they've been around for 40 years. I love that they are in the city, but that they go everywhere. I have already recommended them.
