mu service advosor Freddy Chan and manager John ( cant remember his last name) were amazing. They went above and beyond to take care of my car situation, which was a challenge.Fredddy was professional and called me constantly to update me on what progress was being made,,Please note and take into consideration their value to the company more

My husband and I recently visited BMW of Manhattan to shop around for a new car. We met up with Adrian Turek, who exceeded our expectations when it came to making it an enjoyable experience. He showed us a wide range of cars, explaining what would best fit our needs for a family of three. We were undecided between an X5 and X6. Adrian took the time to go over both, reviewing various options and comparing both models. The whole experience was easy and fun. Best salesperson we have worked with...his enthusiasm, expertise and friendly approach was well worth the drive to Manhattan from NJ. No local dealership could compare to the service and treatment we received. Thanks again Adrian. We can't wait to pick up our X6! more

Took care of me! 6/14/2010

The gentlemen that took care of me was professional, knowledgable and really friendly. I forgot to mention that my windshield wipers needed to be replaced and they took care of it anyway. I was very happy and appreciate the work tremendously. When i got my car back it was so clean too... more

Just took over a lease from swap a lease on a 535xi. originally was bought from dealer in long island but i live in the city, so i brought it to manhattan bmw for a regular maintenance visit. everything went great, they made me feel at home, and i will strongly consider buying my new car in 12 months from manhattan bmw. more

Helpful and effecient! 4/19/2010

My car had a dead battery that would not hold a charge. I had to drive to VA and quickly needed assistance to have my car in running order. Roadside assistance and the BMW Service department could not have been more helpful and efficient. I was able to drive to VA as scheduled. Thank You! more

Came in due to a flat tire and a service light. Eliza was very nice, communicative and quite helpful. The service was fast and the car drove well after having two tires replaced and service performed. The detail was a nice touch. more
