I was recently in the market for a motorcycle and knew exactly what I wanted ? a BMW. When I walked into the dealership, I was met by friendly staff members who spent the time looking around the lot with me. They asked a lot of questions to ensure I was happy with my choice. Once I sat down with the finance guy, it was smooth sailing. This is a dealership that really knows how to put the customer first. I?ll recommend this place to absolutely anyone who wants a great motorcycle! more

TAKE THE DRIVE TO NEW JERSEY INSTEAD! 12/29/2011

WORST BMW DEALERSHIP EVER! They lie and hold your car far longer than they need to. They wait until the last minute to do any work to the vehicle and most times return it semi fixed. The service reps do not call back and if you decide to hold the line, the receptionists hang up on you or never return to the line. THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL GET YOUR CAR BACK ASAP IS IF THEY GIVE YOU A LOANER. I was given a loaner once while my breaks were being serviced and received a call within 3 hours stating that my car was ready. (BTW in order to get a loaner you must reserve weeks in advance which is totally ridiculous). The time before, I waited three days for the same service. I stopped servicing my car here but retunred this time because I did not have time to drive all the way to New Jersey in order to get decent service. This service department is an embarrassment to the BMW brand. Pros: null Cons: null more

NYMC bike hauling can tow your bike to this shop or any shop you choose. We know a few shops that fix BMW bikes in case you cannot afford this place thank you .This place is great however ! just not cheap! more

VERY DISHONEST 9/21/2011

I purchased a used Harley Davidson motorcycle with 3,000 miles on it described as Excellent condition with no issues at all. After spending over $1400 in travel costs to get the bike and ride it home, I get there to find a motorcycle that is rusty, scratched, and has dents. The motor paint was flaking as well. Live and learn, but I wouldn't recommend buying a stick of gum from BMW of Manhattan! Pros: null Cons: null more

Lost a lot of money dealing with them 8/24/2011

This place is a complete scam. One mechanic even told me that their policy is to replace everything first and diagnosis the problem later. I stored my bike with them for the winter approving very limited work. They did work that I didn't approve, that didn't need to be done and then charged me a third more than their original quote. I received my bike back and there was a problem with the clutch. They said, ""that's what happens when a bike sits for the winter."" I WAS PAYING THEM TO MAINTAIN THE BIKE FOR THE WINTER. They wanted to replace the whole clutch and charge me thousands of dollars. I brought it to another mechanic who diagnosed the issue as a common problem with the model that was easily fixed without replacing the clutch. Also, my ABS brake lights were flashing when I got the bike back. I asked them why. They said they'd have to test it. They charged me $150 for this test to figure out what they screwed up over the winter. They said that they hadn't properly charged the battery, but I would still have to pay them or they wouldn't release the bike. Total scam. more

THERE WAS TOTAL PROFESSIONALISM...NO HAGGLING,NO PRESSURE,HASSLE-FREE,ACCOMADATING,FUN,FRIENDLY....AND TO THE POINT WITH SUPERB FOLLOW UP.I will definitely be a return customer and reccommend this dealership to my friends.It was the easiest car purchase I ever made. more

Peter is a great salesman. He was extremely helpful and ran through everything I needed to know about the car. The whole dealership was very kind and helpful. I find it great that the service department is located I'n the dealership and I do not have to go far for it . more

He went out of his way to get everything done for me, and get me the car that I wanted and love. Manhattan BMW has great service. Joe Rocker has always gotten my car fixed quickly. truly made me feel welcome 7/1/2011

Peter Wohl was incredibly patient and shared a great deal of information with me about everything from the quality of construction of the M5 and X6 to the trained technicians at Manhattan BMW. It is apparant to me that he has a true love of not only the product he sells but the dealership he works for. He truly made me feel welcome and hoped that he would be able to welcome me into the happy family of Manhattan BMW customers very soon. He even offered to pick up my car if I ever had a problem getting into Manhattan since I spend most of my year in New Jersey. When I asked him why he worked in Manhattan instead of near his home in New Jersey, he told me there was no comparison in quality between the dealerships in New Jersey and Manhattan. I believe him. Thank you for a great and friendly experience. more

I recently brought my car in to be serviced at BMW. Overall it was an excellent experience. Not only did Doug offer to drive me to work in the morning he was waiting outside my job for me when I was done. My car was repaired and to my surprise super clean!! Grace was very pleasant 6/17/2011

Grace was very pleasant when i initially called the dealership with questions. I made a trip into NYC just to speak with her in depth regarding switching over to bmw. She sat with me and answered all of my questions, presented me with options and i ended up walking out of the dealership with a new lease contract on my 2011 x6. Grace was again helpful when i needed documents emailed to my insurance company, and emailed the documents over immediately. I look forward to working with her again in the future. more
