Review content:
Good: I like our doctor and the ability to get in on short notice. Having a lab attached to the facility.. Bad: Overbooking. The amount of time you have to wait in the reception area or the examination room is quite simply, ridiculous. SOME of the front office staff seems unprofessional, uncaring. I've had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get someone to come to the counter to even ask if I need assistance while the staff chat and giggle like school girls. I'm all for having a good time at work, but remember who is paying the bills. I don't like the feeling of being rushed when I see my physician.. Improvements: More appropriate scheduling.
More professional staffing.
How about a system to contact patients when the doctor is running an hour and half behind schedule (more often than not) to allow the patient to reschedule or come in later, so they don't have to sit in the lobby or the examination room for that time. My time has value too!. Other: I loved this office when we originally started scheduling appointments here, and stayed with them when we were assigned a new, young physician, Dr. Trapp. If Dr Trapp. were to go to another practice or start his own practice in the area, I would likely follow him. I don't fault individual staff members as much as much as the general vibe, which treats the customers more like cattle than patients..
