I have been pretty happy with the staff and the Dr. They are a little pushy on the sales floor though and I do not like that they will not give you a paper copy of your prescription so you can "shop" prices elsewhere - especially for contacts which can be purchased for nearly half at Costco. I don't like feeling "trapped" as a customer, but they are friendly and competent otherwise.
